- Verify the customer concern by operating the sliding roof panel system. This may include a road test if a rattle or wind noise is involved.
- Visually inspect the components of the sliding roof panel system.
- Check the wiring harness for obvious signs of shorts, opens, bad connections, or damage.
- If the concern is not visually evident, determine the symptom and proceed to Symptom Chart. See: Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
