REMOVAL

NOTE: Zetec shown, S/R series similar

  

  1. Disconnect the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector.

  

  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.
    • Disconnect the crankcase air check valve hose.
    • Disconnect the brake boost aspirator vacuum hose.
    • Loosen the two air cleaner outlet tube hose clamps and remove the outlet tube.

INSTALLATION

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
